You assume the entire cost of any damage, losses or expense resulting from use of the licensed product. You assume all responsibilities associated with the use of the SitNGo Wizard program.

No liability for consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the author be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost money, loss of data or programs, or any other outcome of the use of the SitNGo Wizard program.

Any and all uses of the SitNGo Wizard are entirely at your own risk.

One registered copy of the SitNGo Wizard entitles the use of the program by a single person who uses the software on a maximum of two computers at a time.
